Love the app!

I was looking for something like this. Breaks down my workouts for me so I can keep track of which exercises I have done and have not. I can pick the day and write notes so I can remind myself of different sets or how to do it. Exactly what I was looking for.

Awesome

I love everything about it except the fact that you have to put in the reps like "30.12.10.8.6" if you want them to be different for each set, besides that its amazing it really helps you focus, if they were to add a supplement tracker and reminder to this it would be my favourite app, also it would be cool to be able to add pics/diagrams for each workout.

Weird gym log.

Probably the weirdest gym log app in the App Store. One of the weirdest things is that it doesnt let you enter different amounts of reps for different sets. What if I do 10 reps on set 1, and 11 reps on set 2? Theres no way to enter that?!?! Like I said. Weird. Bottom line. Not good at all.

Best workout tracker/logger

Unlike all the other apps I tried, this app allows full flexibility to you to define individual exercises and routines made up of multiple exercises. Love the "next exercise" home screen and the reminders. Really well done. Feature requests: 1. Graph my completed exercises to see trends of reps etc. over a period of time. 2. Track length of time on one workout as well as between workouts.

Good app so far, wait and see

Love the simple interface, perfect for athletes thus far. Ill update if I find anything wrong with it

Nice layout but one issue

Just downloaded it. Looks great. But has two oversights that need to be looked at: a list of exercises and the calendar. Im currently setting up a workout now. Have to flip between this app & another to type in what exercise I want to do. The calendar is sort of a pain too. Its great to have but include the days not just the dates. But the layout looks great. The idea of letting me know whats next without slowing me down to push a bunch of buttons is cool too. Well see how it works out.

Easy to use

I thought that this app was easy to use. I chose this because it allowed me to do what I wanted to do. I liked that I was able to create my own workouts so that I could take different ideas from multiple workouts and combine them into one for myself. I also liked that you could change each days workout for more variety. This app would be better if there were some preexisting workouts to build off of.

Useful and versatile.

I really enjoy using this app for things from Sets of martial arts drills and Kata to Ab, Leg, and upper body workouts. It lets you customize workouts and individual exercises thoroughly. If you want a versatile workout routine crafter, Look no further.

Good base app

This App does what I need to list my workout routine and check off exercises performed. It isnt someone elses workout, it is whatever I want to track. Easy to enter routines, exercises and to take to the workout. Easy tracking and reminders of upcoming workouts. A nice addition would be the ability to track improvement.

Great app! Looks beautiful with ios 7+ and is very easy to use! Helps me stay on track and takes away my excuses :) in app purchases are optional

This app is has all the features to help you track your workouts. The interface is easy-to-use and works seamlessly. To improve this app, I would add a share feature where one could share workouts, notes, etc. I would recommend this app to my friends and clients.

This is a easy to use app and fun to use.

Easy to use but outdated

This is a great app for planning your workout but two things would be a big improvement for me 1) Update resolution for iPhone 6 2) Add the option for a workout to repeated every 5 weeks. My current plan has me change sets every week on a 5 week cycle and the option only goes up to 4 weeks Thanks and keep up the great work

Easy to use

There is no way to edit a completed workout for the day if you need to add a note or change something. You cant even go back to that day once its complete. If there is a way to do it it is not apparent! I deleted the app.

Great app! Very customizable.

I love that this app lets me make my own workouts in a very nice way, and the daily reminder is great. I thought it would be easier to find an app like this but it was harder than I thought. Glad I found this, does exactly what I want. I definitely plan on supporting it with IAPs once Ive used it some more.

So excited about this app!

I easily set my own schedule. Now I can effortlessly track my weight training progress and I love I can simply select that exercise to edit. I dont have to go to a separate page.

Its not a bad app, but for some reason, when I set my daily workout for 5pm it gives me a notification every day at 5am!
