I purchased one of the workout plans and was very disappointed. It is the same exercises slotted on different days. There is no variety. Better luck going to Pinterest and printing off one of their work out plans and putting it in the app. I want my $.99 back!
Best app for your workout schedule. You can arrange it manually.
Simply amazing does what its supposed to do, and makes it very easy and intuitive to create a workout plan. Would be even better if it had graphs and progress support

Just what I was looking for to plan out my lifts. It needs a way to upload a picture of each lift and could also use a playlist function so that I can control my workout playlist without exiting the app. Other than that its very useful.

As a personal trainer this app allows me to play around with different workouts and come up with new ways of organizing my clients workouts. Love it!
I really like this app because it allows you to write your own workout plans and set reminders. It would be awesome if the you could sync the info across devices or export your workouts to Dropbox or something. Really great app. Still 5 stars.
The "complete" section is extremely slow to load. Navigating through the completed exercises is a pain. It kind of freezes for a moment every time you go in or out of a completed exercise, also when you select the "complete" tab for the first time. I need to check that tab quickly between reps (a matter of seconds) and then go back to the ongoing exercise; which makes the lag really crippling.
This app is amazing. Its very straight forward and doesnt get bogged down with unnecessary bells and whistles of other fitness apps. I just wanted something to track my custom workouts and keep notes, track my weight and sets and use a rest timer. It does everything I need and keeps it simple and well organized. I love the way this app is designed, its very intuitive. Thank you for the great app!
I made a list of different workouts but I cant just click on one and get going. I have to enable it for that day, then go to it, and start the workout. And you have to do this everytime!! And if you want to run through it one more time, forget it, it wont let you. You can only do it once a day. Not a very useful app for that reason. It has really great potential but is super annoying the way it wont let you do anything more than once a day.
Other apps give you workouts to chose from and dont let you create your own schedule or exercise routine. This app is just simple. You create a workout, add exercises, and schedule how often. This allows you to create a schedule that rotates, changes, and shocks muscle groups by not letting them fall into a routine. Youll need to do your own research on how to create a schedule thats best for you. This app does not do the work for you. It simply keeps the schedule that you set. Thats what makes it flexible.

I found it simple and unrestrictive to what I wanted my workout to be. It really isnt a lot it just does a good job organizing personal workouts. I am not blown away or anything by the app but it works just fine. My reaction - pleased
